This is a naejeowongak-type (having marks of trimming for a round concave shape) celadon plate; the wall is diagonally rounded and the lip is upright. The outer surface is decorated with embossed lotus petals. The glaze is evenly painted, showing favorable color. The plate was fired as its ground plane of the foot was supported with three fireproof clay doughs.
