The information desk provides exhibition commentary services so that visitors can better understand maritime cultural heritages. You can conveniently use our services by making a reservation before your visit. All exhibition commentary services are provided for free, and services are unavailable to commentary groups visiting for commercial purposes.

Exhibition introduction by commentator
- ▪︎ Upon visiting the exhibition hall, you can receive the commentary service after confirming your reservation at the information desk on the 1st floor.
- ▪︎ Reservation for commentary service may close early according to demand.
- ▪︎ Change or cancellation is possible 7 days before the reservation date for group reservations, and 2 days before the reservation date for individual reservations.

Information on loan of automatic exhibit commentary machines
- ▪︎ When visiting, confirm registration at the information desk on the 1st floor and use the "mobile automatic exhibit commentary".
- ▪︎ Loan reservations may close early.
- ▪︎ Change or cancellation is possible 7 days before the reservation date for group reservations, and 2 days before the reservation date for individual reservations.
