The ceramic goods on the Wando Shipwreck were a total of 30,673, of which 30,646 were celadon. This is one of the three iron-brown underglaze celadon janggus (the traditional drum in Korea). The janggu was painted with brownish-gray color (including iron oxide), engraved of patterns, and inlaid of white clay on the blank space to make the patterns stand out. Both resonators were adorned with peony and arabesque patterns. Both ends of the resonators were not glazed, showing trails supported by fireproof clay.
